Terms of Service.
Last updated · 2026-05-23
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of repeat.fan, any artist site hosted on a *.repeat.fan subdomain or custom domain we serve, and any product or service we provide (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
[01]Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet that requirement.
We support two account types:
- Fan accounts — created when you submit your phone or email on an artist site. One account per Firebase Auth identity, portable across artists on Repeat.
- Operator accounts — created when an artist, label, or manager signs up at repeat.fan to host a site and manage their audience.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure; let us know promptly at hello@repeat.fan if you believe your account has been compromised.
[02]The service
Repeat lets artists and labels host fan-facing sites, capture fan identities, and send communications to fans who have consented. Fans use Repeat to subscribe to artists, manage their identity, and unsubscribe at any time.
We may change the Service at any time, add or remove features, or discontinue parts of it. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes.
[03]Your content and content from others
Artists and labels retain ownership of the content they post on their Repeat site (releases, events, products, custom schemas, images, copy). By posting it, they grant Repeat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process the content solely to operate the Service on their behalf.
Fans grant the artists they subscribe to permission to contact them via the channels they opted into. That permission can be withdrawn at any time on repeat.fan/me or via the channel-specific opt-outs (Reply STOP, email unsubscribe link).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you post. Don't upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or violates these Terms.
[04]Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or abuse.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an artist, label, or other entity.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any data on it.
- Upload malicious code, run automated abuse against the capture flow, or interfere with other users.
- Use the Service to violate any law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA), regulation, or third-party right.
Repeat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
[05]Subscriptions and payments
Some operator features are available only on paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Repeat to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless required otherwise by law. Refund policy is described on the plan page at sign-up.
[06]Third-party integrations
Repeat is designed to sit alongside other tools artists and labels already use. The Service can connect to third-party providers across several categories:
- Fan-CRM and broadcast platforms — sync captured fans to external lists; trigger outbound campaigns from your existing CRM.
- SMS and email delivery — handles the actual sending of texts and emails on behalf of artists.
- Commerce — embed products and pull stock, pricing, and order data from your storefront.
- Streaming and presave — generate streaming links, presave flows, and post-release destinations.
- Ticketing — link sale dates, on-sale countdowns, and event pages.
- Payments — process subscription and one-time charges between operators and Repeat (financial data is handled by the payment processor, not stored by Repeat beyond an identifier).
- Identity and bot mitigation — verification and anti-abuse protections on capture forms.
Data flow when you enable an integration. When an operator enables an integration, you authorize Repeat to share the minimum data the integration requires to function — typically the fan’s contact channel (phone or email), their per-artist consent state, and event context such as subscription source. We share only what the integration needs; we do not sell, license, or rent fan data.
Each integration has its own terms. Once data reaches a third-party provider, that provider becomes responsible for handling it under its own terms, privacy policy, and security practices. We are not responsible for third-party providers’ acts or omissions. You agree to review the terms of any integration you enable, and you are responsible for ensuring your own consent disclosures cover the data flows you turn on.
Categories of providers, not specific vendors. We disclose the categories of sub-processors we use in our Privacy Policy rather than naming specific vendors, except where law or a specific provider (such as Google reCAPTCHA) requires explicit attribution. A current list of named sub-processors is available on request for operators who need it for their own diligence.
Operator obligations. Operators are responsible for: (a) enabling only integrations they have authority to use, (b) honoring their own published consent disclosures, (c) responding to fan rights requests (access, deletion, opt-out) that relate to data they direct us to share, and (d) deactivating integrations promptly if their relationship with the provider ends.
Fan controls. Fans can manage their per-artist subscriptions, opt out of SMS or email at any time, and soft-delete their Repeat account from repeat.fan/me. Opt-out propagates to downstream integrations on a best-effort basis; some providers require additional steps via their own preference centers.
[07]Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Fans can soft-delete their account on repeat.fan/me. Operators can delete their account by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, or if doing so is necessary to protect the Service.
[08]Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repeat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
[09]Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repeat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid Repeat in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
[10]Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Repeat, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
[11]Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
[12]Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the Service or by email. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
